DICK’S Sporting Goods in Chillicothe, Ohio, seeks a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience, coach teammates, and drive engagement in loyalty programs and services. You’ll deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout while building strong athlete relationships that support retention.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, scheduling, enforcing safety standards, and upholding merchandising and store procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers and providing product knowledge.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards through floor sets and pricing changes.
• Promote loyalty program participation and related services.
• Lead planning and scheduling to meet department goals and payroll targets.
• Hire, onboard, and coach teammates while maintaining a respectful store environment.
