DICK'S Sporting Goods in Canton, OH is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead athlete experiences on the sales floor. You will coach teammates, drive engagement in loyalty programs, and ensure fast, friendly checkout while building strong athlete relationships.

The role requires 1-3 years in retail with customer-facing experience; leadership experience is preferred. You’ll help plan department goals, supervise staff, and uphold safety and service standards.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by recognizing needs and offering knowledgeable product guidance.
• Maintain merchandising standards, floor sets, and inventory presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
• Assist in creating 30-60-90 day plans to meet department priorities.
• Supervise scheduling, staffing, and payroll to ensure goals are met.
• Lead the team, conduct coaching and performance reviews, and ensure safety policies.
