Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience on the sales floor, coach teammates, and drive engagement in loyalty programs and services.

You will deliver fast, friendly checkout, build strong athlete relationships, and help develop schedules and plans to meet department goals while upholding store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets and signage requirements
• Promote and lead loyalty program participation and related services
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with leadership to support department priorities
• Lead staffing and scheduling to meet athlete traffic demands while achieving budgets
