Job summary

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services seeks a Team Clerical professional to provide organized, professional clerical support for a supervisors’ team and child welfare staff in Quincy. You will answer phones, greet visitors, maintain case files, and handle travel vouchers and general office duties.

• Completes and keyboards travel vouchers for review and signature.
• Provides clerical support to the team and staff.
• Adheres to departmental rules and office procedures.
