Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing knowledgeable product information and following merchandising standards.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with management to support department priorities and execute plans within budgets.
• Create effective schedules, monitor progress against goals, and adjust to meet traffic and payroll targets.
• Build and lead a strong team, coach teammates, conduct reviews, and uphold policies and procedures.
