Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store team, set the floor pace, and energize shifts. This role directs work, coaches teammates, and drives a high-energy customer-focused experience during daily operations and events.

Responsibilities include onboarding, merchandising leadership, and ensuring service coverage. Availability includes daytime, nights, weekends, holidays and local sports events.

• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts for execution.
• Be the go-to resource for basic operational questions.
• Validate completion of daily routines and escalate risks.
• Guide teammates on visual standards and product placement.
• Lead floor to ensure service coverage and prioritize guests.
• Support promotions, events, and local market activities.
