Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Help maintain a high-energy store culture with consistent service.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Lead floor coverage and ensure service standards are met.
• Drive sales through guest-focused service during assigned shifts.
