Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to lead the store team, set the pace on the floor, and energize shifts. You will provide direction, support consistent execution, and create an engaging guest experience. This role emphasizes coaching, clear communication, and urgency across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Maintain a high-energy store culture.
• Model service behaviors and standards consistently.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Lead floor to ensure service coverage and respond to guest needs.
• Drive sales during shifts and support promotions and events.
