Qualifications

• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.

Responsibilities

• People Support: onboarding and training of new team members; maintain high-energy store culture; model service behaviors; provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Operations: prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts; answer basic operational questions; verify daily routines; escalate risks.
• Merchandising: lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets; maintain merchandising standards; guide teammates on visual presentation.
• Service: lead floor coverage; reinforce service model; handle escalated customer concerns; monitor service and adjust staffing.
• Results: drive sales during shifts; coach teammates to maximize opportunities; support promotions and events.
