DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead a store team and deliver exceptional athlete experiences. You will coach teammates, manage loyalty program participation, and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate checkout interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail/customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information and following merchandising standards.
• Assist with 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and staffing needs.
• Lead scheduling to meet athlete traffic, manage front-end and cash office tasks, and coach teammates.
• Hire and onboard direct reports, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; hold teammates accountable.
