Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain - Endzone & Loyalty to lead the store team and deliver exceptional athlete experiences at checkout, while driving loyalty engagement. This role requires coaching, scheduling, and guiding team members to meet performance and guest-service goals.

You will oversee daily store operations, ensure compliance with safety and SOPs, and contribute to plan execution with leadership partners. Strong retail leadership and customer-focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences at checkout and through loyalty programs.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and payroll goals.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
