Qualifications

• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and services.
• Lead and develop teammates, manage scheduling, and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Coach on loyalty programs and services to drive engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with store leadership to plan and execute 30-60-90 day priorities for the department(s).
• Maintain policies, safety, loss prevention, and customer service standards.
