Qualifications

• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers with product information and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards across floor sets and signage.
• Support development of department plans and schedules with store management.
• Lead by example in coworker supervision, training, and coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
