DICK'S Sporting Goods in the United States is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead checkout experiences and build athlete relationships that drive loyalty. You will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while coaching teammates and coordinating with store leadership.

You’ll drive engagement in loyalty programs and services, recruit and onboard teammates, and uphold safety, policies, and operational standards to win together with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver outstanding athlete experiences and promotions.
• Develop staffing plans and oversee store operations with leadership.
• Coach teammates, provide feedback, and manage performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and compliance with policies.
