Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain - Endzone & Loyalty to lead store teams and deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships. The role focuses on driving loyalty programs, coaching teammates, and maintaining high standards of guest service.

You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and upholding merchandising and operational goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Candidate should be coachable, accountable, collaborative and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing knowledgeable information about products and services.
• Lead and coach teammates, drive loyalty program engagement and checkout efficiency.
• Develop and implement 30-60-90 day plans to support department goals and store operations.
• Hire, onboard, and retain direct reports; provide coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and store policies while maintaining excellent customer service.
