As a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty, you’ll coach teammates, drive engagement in loyalty programs, and ensure fast, accurate checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships.

You'll lead recruiting, onboarding, and coaching, uphold safety and store policies, and collaborate with store leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by helping customers and providing product information.
• Assist with store operations, merchandising, and floor presentation as directed.
• Support in planning and executing daily/weekly goals with the team and leadership.
• Lead sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and coaching teammates.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
