Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience on the floor and drive loyalty program engagement. You will coach teammates, ensure accurate checkout, and build strong athlete relationships that improve retention.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional product knowledge, maintaining store standards, and collaborating with store management to plan staffing and operations. Experience in retail and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information.
• Uphold merchandising standards and floor presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs and services to customers.
• Assist in planning and staffing to support department priorities.
• Lead store operations and coaching when acting as Head Coach.
