Qualifications

• Prior retail/customer-facing experience required.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teammates to deliver outstanding athlete experiences.
• Drive loyalty program engagement and services with a focus on retention.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing and scheduling.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop direct reports to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance.
