Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and daily operations to meet goals and ensure smooth store performance.
• Coach and develop teammates, provide feedback, manage performance, and promote a welcoming store environment.
