DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience in our store. You will coach teammates, drive loyalty engagement, and deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships.

You’ll develop schedules, supervise teammates, hire and onboard staff, and ensure compliance with policies. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in retail, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers and providing product information.
• Assist with development of 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and staffing needs.
• Create effective schedules and manage workload to meet traffic and payroll goals.
• Hire, onboard, coach and develop teammates; conduct performance reviews and promotions.
• Enforce store policies, loss prevention, and safety guidelines.
