You will build a strong team, recruit and develop staff, enforce store standards, and ensure a welcoming environment for athletes and teammates alike, contributing to retention and sales goals in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Prior people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers, following merchandising standards, and driving loyalty program participation.
• Assist in planning and executing department priorities, staffing, and operational initiatives within budget and goals.
• Lead and schedule direct reports, coach teammates, and ensure policies and safety procedures are followed.
• Build a strong team through hiring, onboarding, and development, while maintaining a respectful store environment.
• Enforce store policies, loss prevention, and compliance with external guidelines.
