Qualifications

• Attend all 10 specialized innovative teacher trainings; after-hours work required.

Responsibilities

• Serve actively on the school leadership team to shape academic vision, culture, and goals.
• Liaise between administration and instructional staff to champion innovative practices.
• Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives and align with district goals.
• Translate district changes into actionable classroom strategies for peers.
• Mentor new and developing educators through coaching and peer observations.
