Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching.
• Leadership track record on a school leadership team or equivalent.
• Mentorship credential or commitment to earn mentor certification.
• Growth mindset with commitment to continuous learning and attending trainings.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of the school leadership team shaping academic vision and goals.
• Serve as liaison between administration and instructional staff to promote innovative practices.
• Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives and align local practice with district goals.
• Mentor new and developing educators through coaching, co-teaching, and peer observations.
• Model advanced instructional strategies, including technology integration and student-centered differentiation.
