Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology business management or IT financial management.
• Strong TBM methodology knowledge and IBM Apptio platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office, deploying Apptio solutions to track and optimize IT costs and investments.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business to align technology spending with objectives.
• Develop actionable insights with Apptio dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Data integration and quality: connect Apptio with Finance, Talent, Procurement for automated data loading and validation.
• Champion TBM best practices, provide training, and drive organizational change around TBM data.
