Job summary

EY is seeking a TBM Office Lead to drive adoption of IBM Apptio, optimize IT costs, and enable data-driven decisions across IT and finance. You will own TBM methodologies, build transparency, and champion continuous improvement in technology financial management.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop actionable insights from Apptio dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic goals in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong TBM knowledge and experience with Apptio platform.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office and manage Apptio deployments to optimize IT costs.
• Collaborate with IT, finance and business to maintain TBM framework and transparency.
• Develop insights using Apptio dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Integrate data from related tools for automated loading, cleaning, and validation.
• Drive TBM best practices, educate stakeholders, and act as subject matter expert.
• Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for cost optimization and ROI.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, TCO, and chargeback reporting.
• Liaise with IBM Apptio support for platform updates and enhancements.
• Lead change management initiatives to mature TBM data usage.
