EY is seeking an experienced TBM Office Lead to drive adoption of Apptio and TBM methodologies across IT and finance. You will lead the TBM Office, coordinate data integration, and deliver analytics to executives to optimize technology investments.

You will champion change management, mentor stakeholders, and align technology spend with strategic objectives in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.

• Lead the TBM Office, overseeing deployment and ongoing management of Apptio solutions to track, analyze, and optimize IT costs and investments.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business offices to establish a TBM framework.
• Develop and deliver actionable insights using Apptio dashboards and reports for executive decision‑making.
• Integrate data from Finance, Talent, and Procurement contracts for automated loading and validation.
• Drive TBM best practices and training across the organization; evangelize TBM data usage.
