Job summary

EY seeks a TBM Office Lead to drive adoption of Apptio and TBM practices, optimizing technology investments and enhancing cost transparency. You will lead cross-functional teams across IT and finance to deliver dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision support.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders while delivering continuous improvement in TBM capabilities within EY’s Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in TBM or IT financial management.
• Strong knowledge of TBM methodologies and Apptio configurations.
• Proven data analysis and business insight skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office and manage Apptio deployments to track and optimize IT costs.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business to maintain TBM framework and transparency.
• Develop insights from Apptio dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Ensure data integration and quality across systems for accurate reporting.
• Drive TBM best practices and change management across the organization.
