Job summary

EY is seeking a TBM Office Lead to drive the adoption and strategic use of Apptio, optimizing technology investments and delivering business value. You will own TBM methodologies, enable data-driven decisions, and act as a subject matter expert in TBM across IT and finance.

The role requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to develop insights from Apptio dashboards to influence executive-level decisions while driving change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project management, process improvement, and technology portfolio optimization.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to align technology investments with organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to facilitate collaboration across IT, finance, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office, deploying and managing Apptio solutions to track IT costs and investments.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and the business office to maintain TBM framework and transparency.
• Develop actionable insights using Apptio dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Drive data integration and quality across systems to ensure accurate reporting.
• Educate stakeholders on Apptio data to enable informed decisions and drive change.
