Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Management Office Lead to drive TBM strategy and the adoption of the Apptio platform across IT and finance. You will act as a product owner, change agent, and subject matter expert, delivering data-driven insights to optimize technology investments and ROI.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep TBM knowledge to mature data usage and ensure compliance with finance office requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline (master’s preferred).
• Experience in project management, process improvement, and technology portfolio optimization.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to align technology investments with organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to facilitate collaboration across IT, finance, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office, overseeing the deployment and ongoing management of Apptio solutions to track, analyze, and optimize IT costs and investments.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and the business office to establish and maintain a TBM framework that drives transparency and aligns technology spending with strategic objectives.
• Develop and deliver actionable insights using Apptio dashboards and reports for executive decision-making on technology portfolios and investments.
• Data integration: connect Apptio with other tools for automated data loading, cleaning, and validation to ensure accurate reporting.
• Drive adoption of TBM best practices and Apptio capabilities, facilitating training and change management across the organization.
