EY seeks a TBM Office Lead to drive Apptio adoption and TBM maturity, partnering with IT and finance to optimize technology investments. The role champions transparency, governance and ROI across the organization.

You will lead data-driven insights, manage platform integration, and guide change management while aligning TBM initiatives with EY’s strategic objectives and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline (master’s preferred).
• Relevant experience in project management, process improvement, and technology portfolio optimization.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to align technology investments with organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to facilitate collaboration across IT, finance, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office, overseeing the deployment and ongoing management of Apptio solutions to track, analyze, and optimize IT costs and investments.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and the business office to establish and maintain a TBM framework that drives transparency and aligns technology spending with strategic objectives.
• Develop and deliver actionable insights using Apptio dashboards and reports for executive decision-making.
• Data integration: connect Apptio with other tools for automated data loading, cleaning, and validation.
