Job summary

You will lead TBM deployment, develop dashboards, and guide change management and data integration for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline (masters preferred).
• Relevant experience in project management, process improvement, and technology portfolio optimization.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to align technology investments with organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to facilitate collaboration across IT, finance, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office and manage Apptio deployment to track IT costs.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business offices to maintain TBM framework.
• Develop insights using Apptio dashboards for executive decisions.
• Integrate data from Finance, Talent, Procurement contracts for reporting.
• Drive adoption of TBM best practices and train stakeholders.
• Monitor metrics to identify cost optimization and ROI opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and TCO reporting.
• Liaise with IBM Apptio support for updates and issues.
• Lead change management to mature TBM data usage.
• Stay compliant with industry trends and EY requirements.
