FinOps Weekly leads TBM initiatives and drives the strategic use of IBM Apptio to guide technology investments across IT, finance, and business units. The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights for executives.

The Office Lead will own the TBM framework, develop cross-functional dashboards, and collaborate with finance and procurement data sources to optimize cost and ROI.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in TBM, ITFM, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of TBM methodology and Apptio.
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and IT service management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present insights to executive-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office and oversee the deployment and administration of Apptio solutions.
• Build a TBM framework that aligns technology spend with business priorities.
• Develop dashboards and reports for executives on portfolios and investments.
• Integrate Apptio with finance, talent, and procurement data sources.
• Promote TBM practices through training and change management.
• Translate complex data into clear decision support for executives.
• Monitor cost and ROI metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Liaise with IBM Apptio support for platform updates and enhancements.
