Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
• Masters degree in Accounting, Taxation or Juris Doctorate preferred
• Seven+ years of tax and technology experience required
• Two+ years of tax experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required
• Experience with major tax software and Azure DevOps preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change management initiatives across the tax practice.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of tax technology tools.
• Develop and deliver training programs on firm-standard technologies.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define product requirements for Tax tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax processes for efficiency.
• Act as senior liaison for technology integration within the Tax practice.
