Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Senior Manager to drive digital transformation and innovation within the Tax practice. You will lead change management, deploy tax tech tools, and develop training programs to support professionals across the firm.

Responsibilities include partnering with technology teams, optimizing tax processes, and acting as a senior liaison to ensure alignment with business goals while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or Juris Doctorate preferred.
• Seven (7) or more years of tax and technology experience required.
• Two or more years of tax experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives across the organization, planning and executing adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of Tax technology tools to align with firm objectives and efficiency goals.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions on firm-standard technologies.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define product requirements for Tax tools and solutions.
• Evaluate tax processes to identify improvements, enhance accuracy and reduce bottlenecks.
• Serve as senior liaison between Tax practice and technology teams for guidance and communication.
