Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for Digital Transformation & Innovation to drive change across the tax practice, deploying and supporting processes and technologies that meet market demands. The role combines tax experience with technology leadership to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

You will partner with technology, tax leadership and operations to define requirements, design training, and guide deployments that scale across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Computer Science or Info Systems preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or JD preferred.
• Seven or more years of tax and technology experience required.
• CPA/JD/EA/PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives across the tax practice to adopt new processes and technologies.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of tax technology tools to meet firm objectives.
• Develop and deliver training on firm-standard technologies for varied expertise levels.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define product requirements for tax tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tax processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as senior liaison for technology integration between tax and IT teams.
• Manage multiple projects within scope, budget and time constraints.
