Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or Juris Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic change management initiatives across the organization and ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
Oversee deployment and optimization of Tax technology tools, aligning with firm objectives and improving efficiency.
Develop and deliver training materials and conduct high-impact training on firm-standard technologies.
Partner with technology teams to define and prioritize product requirements for Tax tools and solutions.
Evaluate tax processes to identify efficiency opportunities and streamline operations.
Act as a senior liaison for technology integration, facilitating communication between Tax and Technology teams.
