Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for Digital Transformation & Innovation to drive value through process and technology deployment in the tax practice. You will lead change initiatives, oversee tax tech implementation, and develop training programs to ensure adoption across professionals.

The role requires strong collaboration with technology teams, risk management focus, and a proven track record in tax and tech integration. Seattle-based applicants welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, CS/IS preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accounting/Taxation or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of tax and technology experience; 2+ years tax experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with major tax software; Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic change management planning and execution across the organization.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of tax technology tools aligned with objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs on firm-standard technologies.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define requirements for tax tools.
• Evaluate tax processes to identify improvements and streamline operations.
• Serve as senior liaison between Tax practice and technology teams.
