Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Innovation to drive value for the tax practice through processes and technologies that meet market demands and professional needs.

The role leads change management initiatives, oversees deployments of firm-wide tax tools, and delivers training while collaborating with technology teams to improve efficiency and risk management across the firm.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of tax and technology experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with tax software and cloud development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic tax technology initiatives and change management.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of tax tools.
• Develop and deliver training on firm-standard technologies.
• Partner with technology teams to define product requirements.
• Analyze tax processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Serve as liaison between Tax practice and IT.
• Manage project plans, timelines and KPIs.
