Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Senior Manager for Digital Transformation & Innovation to drive value through technology-enabled tax processes. You will lead change management, oversee tax tech deployments, and develop training programs for firm-wide use.

Collaboration with technology teams and stakeholders is essential to enhance efficiency and strategic tax capabilities. The role requires strong technology, process, and data understanding, plus extensive tax experience and leadership skills to guide

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or Juris Doctorate preferred.
Seven (7) or more years of tax and technology experience required.
Two (2) or more years of tax experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic change management initiatives across the tax practice, coordinating with stakeholders to adopt new processes and technologies.
Oversee deployment and optimization of Tax technology tools, aligning with firm objectives and efficiency goals.
Direct creation of training materials and deliver high-impact training on firm-standard technologies.
Partner with technology teams to define and prioritize product requirements for Tax tools and solutions.
Evaluate tax processes to identify opportunities for improvement, increase accuracy and reduce bottlenecks.
Act as a senior liaison for technology integration, facilitating communication between Tax and IT teams.
