Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for Digital Transformation & Innovation to lead change management and deployment of tax technologies across the firm. You will partner with technology and tax leadership to align tools with strategic objectives and client needs.

The role requires deep knowledge of tax processes, data analytics, and training delivery to professionals at all levels. Strong collaboration, project oversight, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of tax and technology experience, required.
• CPA, JD, EA, PMP preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology, process and data in tax practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives across tax processes and tech deployments.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of tax technology tools.
• Develop and deliver training on firm-standard technologies.
• Collaborate with tech teams to define product requirements for tax tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax processes for efficiency.
• Act as liaison between Tax practice and technology teams.
