Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Senior Manager for Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) to drive tech-enabled tax processes across the firm. You will lead change management, oversee deployments of tax tools, and partner with technology teams to deliver value for Tax leadership and professionals.

You will develop training programs, evaluate processes for efficiency, and act as a senior liaison between business and IT, ensuring projects meet scope, time, and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of tax and technology experience.
• Two or more years of tax experience.
• CPA, JD, EA, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives and oversee deployments of tax technology across the organization.
• Direct the creation of training materials and conduct sessions on firm-standard technologies.
• Partner with technology teams to define and prioritize requirements for innovative tax tools.
• Evaluate tax processes to identify improvements and streamline operations.
• Serve as liaison between Tax practice and technology teams to foster collaboration.
