Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) to drive strategic tech initiatives in the tax practice. You will manage change, deploy tax tech tools, and develop training programs to elevate efficiency and accuracy across teams.

The role collaborates with technology product and development teams, aligns initiatives with firm goals, and improves tax processes. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills required.
• Lean-six sigma principles knowledge helpful for process design and improvement.
• Ability to develop relationships with tax leadership and professionals across the firm.
• Proactive mindset with ability to foresee and prevent issues in project delivery.
