Job summary

BDO USA is recruiting a Tax Senior Manager to drive digital transformation and innovation within the Tax practice. You will lead change initiatives, deploy Tax tech tools, and design impactful training for staff across all levels.

You’ll partner with technology teams, optimize processes for efficiency, and ensure scalable solutions aligned with firm strategy. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business admin, CS or information systems; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years tax and technology experience required.
• CPA, JD, EA, PMP preferred.
• Experience with tax software such as ONESOURCE, GoSystem, CorpTax, SurePrep, and/or CCH Axcess preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change management initiatives across the firm.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of Tax technology tools.
• Develop and deliver training on firm-standard technologies.
• Collaborate with technology product and development teams to define requirements for Tax tools.
• Evaluate Tax processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Serve as liaison between Tax practice and technology teams.
