Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Innovation (DTI) to drive value by creating and deploying processes and technologies for the tax practice. You will lead change management, oversee tax tech deployments, and coach teams in using firm-standard tools to improve efficiency.

The role requires deep tax knowledge and strong technology, process and data skills, plus experience guiding cross-functional initiatives with Tax Leadership, People Operations, IT and Risk

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of tax and technology experience required.
• Two or more years of tax experience required.
• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA/JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change management initiatives across the tax practice.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of tax technology tools.
• Develop and deliver training on firm-standard technologies.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define product requirements for tax tools.
