Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for Digital Transformation & Innovation to lead change management, oversee tax technology deployments, and drive process improvements across the Tax practice.

The role requires deep knowledge of tax, technology, and data, with experience in deploying and supporting firm-wide tools and collaborating with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or Juris Doctorate., preferred
• Seven (7) or more years of tax and technology experience, required
• Two or more years of tax experience, required

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic change management initiatives across the organization
• Oversee deployment and optimization of Tax technology tools
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions on firm-standard technologies
• Partner with technology teams to define product requirements for Tax tools
• Evaluate tax processes to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline operations
• Act as a liaison between Tax practice and technology teams
