Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for Digital Transformation & Innovation. You will drive change management and oversee deployment of tax technology, while partnering with technology teams to define requirements and improve tax processes.

Strong communication and project-management skills are essential. The role requires seven-plus years in tax and technology, a relevant degree, and experience with major tax software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accounting/Taxation or JD preferred.
• Seven+ years of tax and technology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change management initiatives across processes and technologies.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of Tax technology tools.
• Develop and deliver training on firm-standard technologies.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define product requirements for Tax tools.
• Evaluate tax processes to identify improvements and streamline operations.
• Act as senior liaison between Tax practice and technology teams.
