Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives across service lines and enterprise platforms. You will manage cross-functional projects, oversee solution design and implementation, and drive measurable outcomes for clients and the firm.

The role requires strategic liaison work between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to achieve operational excellence and sustained value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions.
• Develop project workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards and alignment with client objectives.
• Support business development activities and client presentations as applicable.
