Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled projects across service lines and platforms. You will oversee solution design, implementation, and delivery, acting as a strategic liaison among business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.

You will drive operational excellence, innovation, and measurable outcomes while mentoring professionals and promoting collaboration across practices and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Drive governance standards, reporting, and client deliverables.
• Mentor teams and optimize performance across practices and partners.
• Support business development activities and solution design.
