In this role you will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and foster continuous improvement to deliver measurable business value. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of experience leading projects and delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation or enterprise systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects aligning with Ryan’s service lines and platforms.
• Oversee solution design, implementation, and delivery quality.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Manage project workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
