Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives across service lines and enterprise platforms. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, designs solutions, and drives measurable business outcomes for clients and the firm.

The position emphasizes strategic liaison work, governance, budgeting, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality results while aligning with firm standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading projects, managing business solutions, or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional projects and delivers technology-enabled business initiatives.
• Manages scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans to meet objectives.
• Acts as liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Ensures solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develops proposals, solution designs, and client presentations as needed.
• Oversees governance, communication, and escalation for projects.
